As a writer, I've had ideas come and go, some of them sticking and others not.
 
But there was a certain idea of humanity becoming extinct due to interdimensional invaders who seek to terraform the planet for habitation.

There was a divine being who represented Mother Nature and although she was stayed hidden from Mankind, she took care of the planet and cared about her 'children'. Her beauty was incomprehensible, a shining light brighter than the sun. But as the Earth was scorched and terraformed, it changed Mother Nature. Her skin had crusts and cracks and her light dimmed into darkness. Her dark hair turned pale white.
She was enraged.
Although humanity was extinct, Mother Nature gave them one last chance to fight back against the unwanted guests, win back Earth under her rule. She resurrected the men and reanimated them into their most primitive forms, consumed by rage and agony but humble and loyal to her command.
So began the war for Earth.

This was only an idea, that may or may not be written but I wanted to tell you that because of this image, this artwork, I feel more inspired to write it.
This artwork is as near perfect as I had imagined it, I can see it now.
